HS Design was approached by New Brunswick Scientific (NBSC) to design a new line of Excella Series laboratory equipment. NBSC is a leading global provider of research equipment for use in the life science industry. This program was based around developing a user interface and product appearance consistent with any given team’s goals for simplified, reliable use, while maintaining a high value perception.

HSD worked on both user and competitive research, as well as brand identity, industrial design, system architecture, engineering.  HSD also served as a manufacturing liaison, and conducted production analysis for NBSC.
