2020 has been a year of massive change not only in the United States but all across the globe. The COVID-19 pandemic, something many hoped to be a momentary roadblock in the year’s trajectory, has forced dramatic shifts in the way we work, shop, spend our time, and even receive healthcare, as we continue into the close of the year with new cases each day. Every potential market has been hit with the impact, the medical device market perhaps significantly so. With uncertainty on the horizon, many are asking: where does design go from here?
